  The establishment is nice, but the food is awful. You pay top dollar prices for less than sub par food. Not saying the cooking is bad, the food quality is bad. "Or the stuff i tasted and seen anyway." First off, when i go for a steak at a "Bar and Grill" establishment....i want a properly seared AAA quality steak. All it should require is a bit of salt and pepper for added taste.....i dont want it completely immersed in bbq sauce. What am i supposed to tasted when its completely coated in sauce? Or do they already know they are such bad cuts of beef that they have to hide the taste or lack there off? Why is it so hard for a "Bar and Grill" to find and serve quality AAA steaks?? instead of the B grade supermarket cuts that should only be used as ground beef. Secondly as we are on the topic of ground beef, please find a recipe on google if you cant make up your own and serve some fresh burgers. Again, they serve probably the cheapest most horrifying looking pre made frozen burgers. The one i tried had some kind of weird sweet onion glaze sauce!?!? I dont even know what it was or what to call it. Lets keep it simple. Freshly made ground beef burgers, lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheese, pickle. Thats all you need for a good burger. Keep the fancy sauces for the ppl who know how to make the fancy sauces. This is apparently a new establishment, perhaps in time they will improve. But my mission here isnt to stop ppl from going there, my mission with my review is to make the owners of this establishment aware that they need to step up their game. People want to go somewhere knowing they are getting fresh high quality food. It may be a bit more expensive, but i for one sooner pay more and leave happy and full. Instead of paying a fair amount and leaving angry and disgusted. The Red Barn is only 20 minutes away in moosomin, i will gladly head there and pay the extra few bucks for fuel and food.........knowing that no matter what im going to get my money's worth.
